Wash & Care:

Washing & Drying Instructions:

1. Machine wash the pads in cold water using a reputable detergent—we recommend Tide Original.
2. Start with a pre-wash in cold water using a small amount of detergent (about 1/4 of what's recommended for a full load).
3. Follow with a heavy duty wash (longest cycle, up to 140°F / 60°C) using the full recommended amount of detergent. Add other laundry items as needed for bulk.
4. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners
5. Air dry whenever possible to help maintain the shape and quality of the pads.
6. If using a dryer, set it to low heat to avoid shrinking or damaging the materials.
7. Avoid over-drying, which can cause wear to the materials
