I've used similar reusable pads before from this brand and they're my favorite. I use these large ones during my menstrual cycle and the smaller ones for daily freshness.They are so soft and do stay in place. If they slide, you can put a small piece of fabric tape on the back. They don't leak or smell, and the wet bag that it comes with is perfect to carry an extra with you and store a soiled pad for the wash.These XL pads absorb about 3/4 cup of liquid and keep underwear clean and dry. You can easily wash them in the washing machine on the sanitize setting, or wash out in the sink with cold water and then add to regular wash. I highly recommend them!
