Liner (8 in / 20 cm): Holds 10-20 ml (2-4 tampons), ideal for spotting or light protection.

Regular (10 in / 25 cm): Holds 20-30 ml (4-6 tampons), perfect for moderate days.

Heavy (13 in / 33 cm): Holds 30-40 ml (8-10 tampons) for heavier days or overnight.

Max (16 in / 40 cm): Holds 80-100 ml (8-10 tampons) for very heavy flow or postpartum needs.?

INTERLABIAL PADS

3.5 x 2.5 in (8.9 x 6.3 cm). Holds up to 10 ml (1-2 tampons’ worth), best for light days, added protection for other products

Wash & Care:

Washing & Drying Instructions:

-Machine wash the pads in cold water using a reputable detergent, we recommend Tide Original.

-Start with a pre-wash in cold water using a small amount of detergent (about 1/4 of what's recommended for a full load).

-Follow with a heavy duty wash (longest cycle, up to 140°F / 60°C) using the full recommended amount of detergent. Add other laundry items as needed for bulk.

-Do not use bleach or fabric softeners

-Air dry whenever possible to help maintain the shape and quality of the pads.

-If using a dryer, set it to low heat to avoid shrinking or damaging the materials.

-Avoid over-drying, which can cause wear to the materials
