These are okay for use on light days or if you're just sitting around the house, but they're pretty bulky to wear all the time. I like that they are washable and reusable, but they do slide around a little bit, so would not wear when being very active. I mostly just wear them at night and only on days where the flow is a little less. Good to have an environmentally-friendly option! You'll want to hand wash (or at least rinse thoroughly) before you put them in the washing machine, otherwise things might get messy.This feminine product is a very high quality item. They wash and dry well and hold their shape. The snap is firm and never comes open until I remove it. I can't speak to their absorbency for monthly flow because that is not what I use them for. But they do the job I intended. Older women will find these to be a good choice.They don’t stay closed. Have been wanting to make the swap to reusable menstrual pads for some time now, but have been hesitant due to a heavy flow. These do the job really well, and so far haven't experienced any leakage which has been amazing as I usually leak with a regular pad. Getting used to the lack of adhesive was somewhat of a challenge mentally, but with the right underwear I was good to go! Definitely recommend you try these out, they are comfortable, easy to clean and good for the planet!
